WELCOME TO "XTRA TIME"!

freshman midfielder Christina MurilloOCT. 23, 2007

Welcome to "XTRA Time," an insider look at your favorite Cal State Fullerton women's soccer players off the field. Each week, we will feature a new student-athlete and get their answers to the "hard-hitting" questions.

This week's entry comes from freshman Christina Murillo, a midfielder from Trabuco Hills, Calif., who has been one of the top scoring freshman in the Big West Conference in 2007.

Entering this weekend's matches, Murillo ranks tied for second on the team with four goals and is tied for fourth with eight points this season. She was named the Big West Conference Player of the Week on Oct. 1 after scoring her first career goal to beat San Jose State and added the game-tying goal two days later against Fresno State. Murillo also added goals in 3-0 victories over Pacific and Cal State Northridge.
