CAL STATE FULLERTON
FRESHMAN (2007): Competed vault and bars for the Titans as a freshman... in nine meets on vault, averaged a 9.522 for the season which ranked fifth on the team... scored a career-high 9.625 in Fullerton's final meet of the year at the Western Athletic Conference Championships on March 31... competed in all 11 meets on bars, averaging a 9.586 which ranked second on the team... set a career-high with a 9.80 on Feb. 2 in a win over Sacramento State to take home individual first-place honors... scored a 9.70 or better on bars in six meets.

CLUB INFORMATION
Finished seventh at regionals in 2006 in the all-around and qualified for the Junior Olympics, where she finished 23rd, but had to count a fall... finished first on bars at the 2006 SCEGA Cal Classic... nominated for Most Improved Gymnast of the Year in 2006... finished fourth on bars at the 2005 Regionals... finished first on bars, second on vault, and second in the all-around at the 2005 Surf Classic... finished first on bars and floor at the 2004 State meet.

PERSONAL
Born Feb. 21, 1988... parents are Ramsey and Monique Echeverria... has two brothers... intends to major in kinesiology with hopes of becoming an athletic trainer after graduation... also considered San Jose State and the University of Denver before selecting Cal State Fullerton.
