COLLEGE: Played two years at East L.A. under Head Coach James Hines • Earned second-team All-South Coast Conference recognition as a first baseman after hitting .342 with 8 home runs and 42 RBI in 2007 • Was named as a first-team all-conference outfielder as a freshman, hitting .341 (17th best average in league), with six home runs and 49 RBI for the Huskies • Earned East L.A. Outstanding Academic Excellence honors in 2007 and Academic Achievement recognition in 2006.
