Position
Assist with coaching a highly competitive men's basketball program which competes in the NCAA Division I Big West Conference
Assist in recruiting Division I quality student-athletes
Know and abide by NCAA, University & Big West rules and regulations
Assist with the monitoring of the academic progress of student-athletes
Assist with team practice and game day coaching responsibilities
Scouting and conduct statistical analysis of recruits and opponents
Responsible for Film Exchange
Serves as team Travel Coordinator
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
Experience coaching/playing at a highly competitive NCAA intercollegiate program
Ability to recruit NCAA Division I caliber student-athletes a demonstrated commitment to their satisfactory academic progress
Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Ability to interact successfully with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, and to work harmoniously with students, colleagues, and the community
Rank & Salary
The rank and classification is a Coaching Assistant. This is a 10-month, full time position.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Recruit Division I quality student-athletes

Supervise weight training and the conditioning program
Work in conjunction with the head coach regarding budget, travel and scheduling of opponents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree desired
Experience as a competitor and familiarity with USGF club programs required
Ability to recruit Division I level student-athletes and a demonstrated commitment to their satisfactory academic progress
Ability to coach Elite/Level 10 skills in all four women's events as well as spot
Competitive or coaching experience required. NCAA competitive or coaching experience desired
Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as organizational skills
